FAQs and Policies

How long will my order take?

Each order is processed, lasered, carefully packaged & then shipped via Australia Post with postage available Australia wide. We have a standard processing time of 5-7 business days on ALL orders. At some times such as peak holiday times this time may vary. Please check our home page for updated processing times. Shipping times are additional to this.

Shipping

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY 3212: we offer free local delivery to the 3212 Lara postcode. AUSTRALIA PARCEL POST: approx 5-7 business days (delays can be expected during busy seasons) including free shipping option for purchases over $100. Please see our RUSH ORDER option if you require a faster processing time. Please ensure the shipping address in your confirmation order email is correct. If there is an error please email the team immediately to have your address updated.

Custom Orders

We welcome and encourage you to contact us regarding custom orders however completing this can be dependent on the design, time and current workload, however, please feel free to PM us on social media or email the teamwith your ideas and requests.

My order has been sent but is missing/ not tracking/ lost?

We understand the frustration that occurs when orders do not get to you in a timely manner. Once your order is in the hands of your preferred shipping carrier we unfortunately no longer have any control over the manner, time or delays that can occur once it leaves us. All orders are sent via tracked shipping. You will have received tracking details via email when your order is fulfilled. Please check your emails/spam to locate your tracking number. If you have concerns with how your order is tracking or delivery times, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and then email us with your order number, name and address for us to escalate the enquiry.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email the teamphotos with "damaged product" in the subject line.

Acrylic Care

Acrylic is a hardwearing and resistant material when cared for properly. - Paper backing is best removed by carefully lifting the corner up using your fingernail or rubber thimble and carefully peeling the paper back. - Please only ever wash your acrylic with warm water. Solvents and cleaning products will cause the acrylic to discolour. - Stubborn marks or sticky residue can be removed with pure Isopropyl and a microfibre cloth. - Wipe clean our acrylic products gently, with a damp microfibre cloth. Never place in the dishwasher. Paper towel and tissues can scratch the surface of the acrylic. - Dried markers and paint can be removed simply by soaking the board in warm water to loosen it, before wiping clean. - Acrylic can scratch if not looked after. Avoid sliding acrylic blanks over rough surfaces and always ensure the table or bench you are placing it on is free from sand or dirt. - Acrylic products work best with liquid chalk markers or whiteboard markers. Ensure you are writing on the smooth side of the acrylic. Writing on the etched part may cause the etch to remain coloured.

Wood Care

Engraved chopping board care - if you decide to use your cutting board as a functional chopping board we suggest using the back (non-engraved side). Your board has food grade wax applied to the engraved side. Hand wash both sides in hot water with liquid dish soap (but do not soak). Wash both sides of the board and allow to completely dry. Do not put in the dishwasher. Other engraved wood products - wipe with a baby wipe or damp cloth and if not being used for a long period you may find it is worthwhile storing it under a heavy object to keep flat.

Returns/Exchanges

Cancellation Policy / Change of Mind - You can email the team to request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase if it has not been created (for personalised orders) or shipped within that period. If you have accidently misspelled a name in your order please contact usas soon as possible to have your order updated if it has not yet been created. Returns/Exchanges – Raliks Creations will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind, if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item or if incorrect details have been provided. In the case you have received an incorrect item due to our error, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Raliks Creations will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty within 7 days of receiving your delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an emailwith “faulty item” in the subject line. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible once it leaves our care. Please note: as many of our products are natural wooden products you will notice differences and varying finishes due to the grain of the wood. When ordering wooden products, there may be slight burn marks or imperfections. This is an unavoidable part of the process, and part of the charm of handmade items. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind. Refunds - Raliks Creations do not offer refunds.
